Consumer Guarantees
Last updated: 14 March 2026
1. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights apply in addition to any store warranty or returns policy.
2. If there is a major failure
You may be entitled to reject the goods and choose a refund or replacement where there is a major failure. You may also be entitled to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
3. If the problem is not a major failure
If the issue does not amount to a major failure, we may offer a repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy within a reasonable time.
4. What we may ask for
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- A short description of the issue.
- Photos or video where that helps us assess the fault faster.
5. Return shipping for faults
Where an item is confirmed faulty, not as described, or affected by a consumer guarantee issue, we explain the return steps and any postage arrangements during the claim process.
6. Relationship with store policies
Our Warranty page explains our support process and our Delivery & Returns page explains general returns. Neither page limits your non-excludable ACL rights.
